Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aureve Fragrances, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products (personal care and hygiene items), we follow a strict quality control policy.

❌ Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Products returned due to personal preference (e.g., fragrance choice)

✅ Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition


2. Return Request Process

To request a return, please email us at vishu06021998@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, return instructions will be shared

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may occur depending on your provider

Refunds Are Issued For:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.


4. Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Order Cancellation by Aureve Fragrances:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product (as per policy) and place a new order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank
