Thank you for shopping with Aureve Fragrances. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • At this time, international shipping is not available (if you plan to add it later, this can be updated)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before payment

  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply during special campaigns


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Courier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Remote area delivery

    • Incorrect or incomplete address details

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact number

  • Pincode

are entered correctly at checkout.

Aureve Fragrances will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details

  • Orders returned to origin because of failed delivery attempts


7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link

  • If tracking information is not updated immediately, please allow up to 24 hours


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Tampered

  • With missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

We will investigate and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
