Aureve Fragrances offers curated fragrance products for personal use through its online platform.

  • Actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings or lighting

  • We do not warrant that descriptions or content are error-free

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products or quantities without prior notice

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Applicable taxes are charged in accordance with Indian tax laws

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways supported by Shopify

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms

  • If payment has been processed and an order is cancelled, refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events

  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon successful delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please review it before making a purchase.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

16. Severability & Waiver

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
